Liberty League Co-Performer of the Week
Genevieve  Falco   Rensselaer
Junior 3B (Seaford, NY)
Falco led the Engineers to a 5-2 record last week, batting .455 (10 for 22) with six doubles, eight runs scored and eight runs batted in. The junior captain went 1 for 3 with a double, two runs and two RBI in the Engineers 10-2 win over Elizabethtown on Monday.

Kim Grimes   Rochester
Sophomore OF (Oak Park, IL)
Grimes hit .476 over a one-week eight-game stretch in a tournament in Florida. She was 10/21 with 7 runs scored, three doubles, four HRs, and 12 RBIs. Her slugging pct. was 1.190.
Liberty League Co-Pitcher of the Week
Jen Bach   Rensselaer
Junior (Lansdale, PA)
Bach went 3-2 with a 1.35 earned run average last week. She allowed just 17 hits in 26.0 innings, while striking out 14 batters. Her week was highlighted by throwing a combined no-hitter in the Engineers 15-0 victory over Pine Manor on Thursday. She also hit .360 (9 for 25) with two doubles, two home runs, seven runs and seven runs batted in.

Rachel Duffany   St. Lawrence
Junior (Watertown, NY)
Duffany finished with a 4-2 record during St. Lawrence's Florida trip. The Watertown, NY native posted a 1.79 ERA in 43.0 innings pitched. She allowed 11 earned runs while striking out 25 batters.
Liberty League Co-Rookie of the Week
Gillian  McCarthy   Rensselaer
1B (Worthington, OH)
McCarthy hit .423 (11 for 26) with three doubles, a home run, five runs scored and a team-best 12 runs batted in. She also stole one base. Her week was highlighted by going 2 for 3 with a home run and three RBI in the Engineers 7-2 victory over Dominican on Monday.
Liberty League Co-Rookie of the Week
Elizabeth McGinley   St. Lawrence
P (Canastota, NY)
McGinley had an impressive opening week with St. Lawrence during the team's southern trip. The Canastota, NY native hit .391 during the 11-game span and drove in seven runs. McGinley was also solid on the mound, earning her first career win in a shutout effort of Wheelock College. She allowed only two hits and two walks while striking out six.
