2009 Liberty League Player of the Year
Alex Slauson   St. Lawrence
Senior Midfield (Shelburne, Vermont)
Slauson anchored the midfield for St. Lawrence throughout the 2009 season. The Shelburne, VT native scored 28 goals in 13 games while adding ten helpers. He is first in the Liberty League in game-winning goals (4), fifth in goals per game (2.15) and sixth in points per contest (2.92).

2009 Liberty League Rookie of the Year
Jon Leanos   Hamilton
Attack (Long Valley, New Jersey)
Leanos led all Liberty League rookies in assists and points per game in the conference rankings. He ranks third overall in the league with 1.55 assists per game and ninth with 2.55 points per game. Leanos was a two-time selection as Liberty League Rookie of the Week.

2009 Liberty League Coaching Staff of the Year
Mike Mahoney   St. Lawrence
Mahoney guided St. Lawrence to its fourth straight Liberty League regular season title and the Saints have posted 30 consecutive conference wins (regular and post-season) dating back to the beginning of the 2006 season. Mahoney's team has been ranked in the top-20 all season and finished the regular season campaign with a 10-3 record. He is assisted by Ryan Glennon.
